Lizzy is a Year 11 student who has grown up in Western Sydney all her life. Lizzy stumbled upon Story Factory at the end of 2023 and joined in 2024 to publish her debut story. With the help of Story Factory, she was given the opportunity to appear in the August issue of The South Sydney Herald. Lizzy is dedicated to pursuing her dream of extending her writing to a wider audience and is enthusiastic about working on publishing a novel that could be picked up at bookstores in future.

Over the course of 2024, a select group of young writers was invited to take part in a year-long writing program at Story Factory. Their goal was to produce a fully realised novella. This is one of the novellas produced in these workshops.
